Last week (maybe longer), I hit up John Vanderslice's website when I had a few minutes to kill and was presented with a splash page allowing you to download a remix of his Pixel Revolt album for free.
The remix is by Scott Solter (who had a heavy in Pixel Revolt anyways I'm sure)... and it is awesome in a much different way than Pixel Revolt is already awesome.
The songs on Pixel Revolt are great, the lyrics I love. But this remix is essentially without words, soothing, and awesome for writing code. I spent 2 hours today writing some Ruby code and listened to it the whole time.
