Melancholy Trio
I’m a sucker for songs that are downers. Not sappy sad songs, the “my women left and I’m now in the honky tonk drowning my tears” crap is… well just crap. I’m talking about those songs where you can hear someones insides being ripped up. Three of my favorites are off one album, are all in sequence, and are what I call the Melancholy Trio.
