Johnson City TN POLICE: Felony Arrest/ Smith, Cody
On March 22, 2009, at approximately 0445 hrs, Officers of the Johnson City Police Dept arrested Cody J. Smith, W/M, DOB 02-05-89, of 4260 Hwy 19E Elizabethton on charges of Aggravated Assault and Possession of a Handgun While Under the Influence. The arrest stems from a disturbance that occurred in the parking lot of Visions, 1121 N Roan St. Mr. Smith is being housed in the Washington Co. Detention Center in lieu of a $21,000 bond. He is scheduled for arraignment in General Sessions Court on 03-23-09 @ 1330 hrs.
